The Institute follows the syllabus and curriculum as indicated and prescribed by the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) of the Govt. of India. The Institutional Media Packages (IMPs) developed by the National Instructional Media Institute (NIMI), Chennai, an autonomous body under the Directorate General of Employment & Training (DGET), Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt. of India are employed to impart practical training and develop work-skills for our trainees.
The syllabus and curriculum are integrated as a part of our Quality Holistic Training, unique to and developed by St. Joseph ITI to meet the specific technical needs of St. Josephites.
We envisage that our Quality Holistic Training will be a powerful tool in gaining knowledge, drawing inferences from what our trainees have learned, using the information they have acquired in new situations to solve the problems, drawing conclusion and assessing the merits of what our trainees have learnt.
